Resolved Intel ee driver bug on L Ethernet controller. That also seemed to disable my ethernet connection, when I run ifup eth0, it reports that the device can’t be found. Allows for delivery and returns.

August 15th, 6. I’ve been running all morning and I typically see the connection errors within 30 minutes or so. Intel L Gigabit network card connnection issues and resolution. Hewlett-Packard Company Device 17df. The Ethernet dropped its connection and reconnected OK.
